At Midnite Rida Wear, we want you to ride confident in every piece you buy. If something isn't right, here's exactly how we'll make it work.

Our 30-Day Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached and original packaging included. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage not caused by us can't be accepted.

Items We Can't Accept

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: intimates, earrings and pierced jewelry, and any item marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase. Gift cards are also non-returnable.

Return Shipping

If you're returning an item because of a change of mind, sizing, or personal preference, you'll be responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we can't be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

If the return is the result of our error — you received the wrong item, a defective product, or something damaged on arrival — we'll cover the return shipping in full. Just reach out within the 30-day window and we'll send you a prepaid label.

How Refunds Work

Approved returns are refunded as store credit, issued to your Midnite Rida Wear account once we've received and inspected your item. Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future order. Please allow up to 5 business days after we receive your return for inspection and processing.

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? The fastest way is to place a new order for the item you want and return the original for store credit. This makes sure you lock in the replacement before it sells out.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at [your support email] with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We'll confirm your eligibility and send return instructions (and a prepaid label, if the return is due to our error).
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back within the timeframe provided.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll issue your store credit and send a confirmation email.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll make it right quickly — at no cost to you.
